"I am writing to express my concerns regarding the ongoing issues with my claim. Unfortunately, I have encountered significant challenges with communication and delays that are causing considerable distress.Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have experienced long delays in responses from your team, including leaving voicemails for the claims specialist without receiving a timely callback. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of communication between your office and the contractors involved. This has left me in a difficult position, trying to facilitate approval for a repair quote from a highly reputable restoration company.Further complicating matters, ALE Solutions has been unable to reach your office to extend my hotel stay. I have text messages from ALE Solutions confirming that an extension was approved, yet the hotel has informed me that payments for the last two weeks have not been made.Lastly, I am also concerned that the on-site adjuster overlooked a damaged room, as it was not included in the estimate provided.I hope these issues can be addressed promptly, as the delays are significantly impacting the resolution of my claim."

"I use to have a good experience with this company. But when I had some issues I wrote a email to them. I work from 730am until 530pm. My agent was great and understanding that email was the best way to contact me and when she needed to confirm verbally it would be a quick conversation she understood. When I was trying to figure out why my bill keep goin up every month, I sent a email was pretty upset and got to hear from the manager of the branch. She told me the only way to solve this issues was I had to call, even though I told her I did not have the time. I asked her to send me a couple ideas to help me save money on my insurance, it has been a week no response at all. She ask me what can we do to solve this issues. My thought were I pay you guys to help me out, why do I have to take time out of my job to help them with theirs, when that is what they are trained to do. So I haven't gotten a response and pretty sure I will be switching insurance companies soon."

Today Cheyanne was particularly helpful in updating my information as well as answering my questions regarding changes taking effect in June of this year . She went over each line item and advised me regarding additional coverage options and their annual cost. She took time to clarify each area of coverage. I highly recommend this office!"

"Right now, I'm disappointed. I've been playing phone tag with a representative for a week now, texting too, and still have not received a solid response to my insurance needs. I've been with them for years too. I'd like someone to answer when I call. It's you can't meet my needs, say so. Update: I went to the office and that was the smart choice. My needs were complicated and really needed a face to face meeting. Sarah, Kathryn, and "T" all came together and made it happen. Plus, they saved me money in the process! Thanks State Farm!"

"I love state farm! Paul Clark's office has been fabulous to me and my family. Ken the agent that assisted me today was phenomenal. Times are hard and unfortunately like showed up but Ken was there to make sure that me, my property and my vehicles would be okay. "This insurance company will not cover my roof repairs because the house I live in was my fathers. When my father was alive in 2017 file a claim and now the roof needs to be repaired and they will not cover this. I owned this house as of 2021. I shouldn’t be penalized for old claims just because it’s my fathers house. They will not cover me and I cannot get a insurance company to cover me because the roof has to be fixed first. They have put me in a very bad situation. I shouldn’t be blamed for any files claimed on my house during the time my father owned it, but this company won’t stand by it so as of now I have no insurance."

Now you’ve decided you’d like us to write your insurance again, however, your home is no longer eligible. We offered a solution of another carrier that could insure your home.
