"I use to have a good experience with this company. But when I had some issues I wrote a email to them. I work from 730am until 530pm. My agent was great and understanding that email was the best way to contact me and when she needed to confirm verbally it would be a quick conversation she understood. When I was trying to figure out why my bill keep goin up every month, I sent a email was pretty upset and got to hear from the manager of the branch. She told me the only way to solve this issues was I had to call, even though I told her I did not have the time. I asked her to send me a couple ideas to help me save money on my insurance, it has been a week no response at all. She ask me what can we do to solve this issues. My thought were I pay you guys to help me out, why do I have to take time out of my job to help them with theirs, when that is what they are trained to do.
So I haven't gotten a response and pretty sure I will be switching insurance companies soon."
